Anonymous asked: What was the reason you shaved your head? It looks amazing on you and youre inspiring me to shave mine (my hair is super damaged plus i have an undercut so it seems like the next step). I'm just nervous for the grow out period because it will take so long. What are your thoughts?

My mom has triple negative breast cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy, I don’t particularly agree with using chemo, but I do want to support my mom any way I can, so I figured I’d be bald with her.

I say do it, it’s liberating. And at the end of the day it’s just hair, it will come back. I shaved mine on Easter and it’s probably grown an inch since then. It’s a long process to get it back, but worth it.
